Changzhou Tianmu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. is rooted in Shanghai Jiao Tong University and its branch research institution - Shanghai Jiao Tong University Liyang Research Institute (Energy Saving and Environmental Protection Research Co., Ltd. in Jiangsu Zhongguancun Science and Technology Industrial Park), which was established in 2020. The company focuses on the development business of thermal management system for energy storage and the R&D and manufacturing business of thermal management test equipment for the whole vehicle, and has built a multi-functional integrated research platform integrating design and development, testing service, testing equipment R&D and manufacturing.
In order to further enhance our R&D strength and market competitiveness, we established a wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanghai Tianmu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. in July 2022 in Shanghai, which will serve as our R&D and trial manufacturing center. While strengthening our R&D system, we also established a wholly-owned subsidiary, Linmu Energy (Jiaxing) Co., Ltd. in Jiaxing in August 2023 and constructed a 7,500-square-meter standard industrial plant in order to realize the rapid landing and industrialization of our R&D achievements.
