Job Responsibilities.

1, responsible for according to the air conditioning, refrigeration product drawings and related design documents, develop and optimize the production process, output standard operating procedures to guide production;

2、Responsible for the preparation of product quality control plan to guide the production process from sample to mass production;

3、Responsible for air conditioning, refrigeration products process operation document preparation and improvement, personnel training, standard working hours output;

4、Responsible for the planning and design of production lines and adjustments, organizing the relevant departments for production line construction.

Job requirements.

1, thermal energy, refrigeration, mechanical design, mechatronics or related professional bachelor's degree;

2, familiar with the working principle of refrigeration equipment, familiar with the structure of water-cooled chiller unit;.

3, familiar with the use of air conditioning, refrigeration products assembly equipment.

4, skilled use of CAD, SolidWork and other drawing design software

5、Responsible, work proactively, quality consciousness, good at summarizing and communication expression.

工作职责:

1、新产品导入和量产品质量检查的各项检验规范文件的策划、制作、实施（包括：来料检验、制程检验、出货检验）；

2、解决制造过程中所出现的质量问题，处理各个端口的品质异常及品质改善；

3、负责供应商的品质管理与工程监查；

4、负责客户端的品质管理，处理、跟踪客户抱怨与投诉；组织对品质问题的分析及8D报告的回复。

任职要求:

1、熟悉IATF16949等体系，具备IATF内部审核员资格证优先；

2、熟练掌握并运用MSA、SPC、PPAP等质量工具；

3、熟悉热管理温控领域； 

4、机电、空调、汽车等相关专业，8年及以上质量管理工作经验，有部门管理经验者优先。

工作职责:

1、新能源热管理系统开发经验；

2、整车空调和热管理系统的匹配及部分系统零件的选型设计经验；

3、搭建热管理系统测试平台。

任职要求:

1、本科及以上学历，工程热物理、热能工程、流体机械、动力工程相关专业；

2、3年以上整车厂或热管理系统供应商研发经验；

3、熟悉主流OEM的整车和系统开发流程，熟悉汽车空调的系统匹配流程和方法。

工作职责:

1、根据项目标识产品设计方案进行设计深化、完善节点及详图设计，满足客户需求；

2、根据项目标识产品的需求，完成标识产品的外观、工艺、结构等方面的施工图纸深化，满足生产需求。

任职要求:

1、本科及以上学历，机械设计、结构设计等相关专业毕业；

2、熟悉钣金结构的设计、制造工艺等相关知识；

3、熟练运用办公软件，精通三维（UG或CATIA）绘图软件；

4、良好的沟通、表达能力，有较强的团队意识。

Job Duties:

1, according to the input of the system engineer for the selection of relevant electrical parts (fans, pumps, various types of sensors, water valves, wiring harness, etc.);

2, drawings of electrical parts, issued by the SOR, to assist the procurement of suppliers to set the point;

3、Tracking the delivery of product samples, with the system engineer sample assembly, debugging and performance testing;

4, organize and sign the DVP, track the progress of DV test and collect test reports, and promote the OTS approval of electrical parts;

5、Responsible for failure analysis and quality improvement of electrical parts, assist quality colleagues to promote supplier improvement.

Job requirements:

1、Bachelor degree or above, majoring in refrigeration, electrical and other related majors;

2、Motivated, have a good work attitude, stress resistance and communication and coordination skills;

3, proficient in the use of AutoCAD and other 2D drawing software.

4, understanding of RS485, CAN, LIN and other communication protocols.
